Comenzó la temporada de premios con el anuncio de los nominados a los Golden Globes Awards 2019, que premian a lo mejor del cine y la televisión. La ceremonia se realizará el 6 de enero y será conducida por Sandra Oh (conocida por su rol de Cristina Yang en Grey's Anatomy) y Andy Samberg (Jake Peralta en Brooklyn Nine-nine).
